Automobile Components
With the capabilities of both High pressure automated foundry and High speed manufacturing facilities, we manufacture all sorts of CI castings, Aluminium pressure die casting components, MS sheet metal components for Gear boxes & Engines of Power Tillers & Power Reapers in bulk volumes. Apart from this, Sheet metal fabrication items for Chain guards, Cases, and Cutter assemblies are also manufactured and supplied to Agro OEMs.
SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINERY MANUFACTURING
With our extensive experience in fabrication, we have manufactured more than 16 Nos of Condom and Glove manufacturing machines with assemblies which are over 65mts of length in collaboration with Rinzor, Germany for the HRD Ministry of India. We have also designed and developed an Online Powder coating & Dehydration unit for the same machine in order to eliminate man-handling of Condoms & Gloves; which makes the entire process automated.
EXTRUSION ITEMS & ASSEMBLIES
With our expertise in Phosphorous bronze casting by Pit moulding process, Aluminium by gravity die casting process, we manufacture Phosphorous bronze calibration sleeves and Aluminium planetary discs. We also do the machining and assembly of the Sleeve and the Disc according to the customer specifications.

BASE PLATE FABRICATION & ASSEMBLIES
We have fabricated machined and assembled base plates for different types of applications weighing 2-6 tons each. The base plate assemblies are used in printing machines for various applications and for valves, pumps & motors. The various base frame assemblies that we have manufactured
